Accepting the award, Sandra Hartog, Ph.D., President and CEO of Fenestra, Inc. stated, ìAssessment centers are the most valid, reliable tool we have to select and develop employees. However, while acknowledging the benefits of the methodology, organizations have begun to push back on the time commitments, cost, and resources required to implement and administer assessment centers. Additionally, it is difficult to implement across multiple locations and maintain consistency of the application. Simply put, weíre providing organizations with what they need- cost effective, consistent applications of talent assessment processes that provide scalability and global reach.î
