Kenexa (NASDAQ:KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources, is hosting its third annual European conference at the Andaz Hotel in London on Tuesday 10 May 2011.
Designed as a learning and networking opportunity for chief executives, HR directors and business heads, the Kenexa EuroSummit 2011 will combine best practice advice on issues such as leadership, talent management and fostering respect at work, with cutting edge research findings and practical case studies on the Royal Bank of Scotland and social care charity MacIntyre.
“Today’s leaders need to understand that the parameters of business have changed since the economic downturn,” said Rudy Karsan, Chief Executive of Kenexa. “This one-day conference offers a new way to think about how to maximise the potential and performance of your organisation, so you can move from surviving to thriving in the global environment.”
Key speakers at the EuroSummit 2011 include:
- Lieutenant General AJN Graham, Director General of the UK’s Defence Academy (the higher educational establishment of the Armed Forces), will highlight the role of leadership in challenging circumstances and how to develop knowledgeable and adaptable leaders who are broad in mind and vision.
- Rudy Karsan, Cofounder, Chairman and CEO of Kenexa, will highlight the startling impact of having disengaged employees and how organisations can increase their performance and profits by creating a supportive environment and helping individuals to achieve happiness at work.
- Jack Wiley, Executive Director of the Kenexa High Performance Institute, will use the findings of research conducted across 28 countries to explain how respect is the essence of engagement and the secret of organisational success.
- Anne-Marie Malley, a partner at Deloitte Consulting, will explain how global organisations are changing their talent management strategies to meet the demands of the ‘new normal’.
- Andi Keeling, Head of Learning for Corporate Banking at RBS, will deliver a case study on the impact of a ‘women in leadership’ programme for high potential female leaders. This will be co-presented with Peta Latimer, a Client Partner at Kenexa.
- Bill Mumford, Chief Executive of MacIntyre will explain how the charity focused on its high performing ‘naturals’ to develop a workforce strategy that improved service quality and organisational performance.
- Daphna Salomon, Consultant at Kenexa, and Rachel Woolf, Senior Client Partner at Kenexa, will highlight the link between leadership development and employee engagement, and the implications for creating a high performance organisation.
- Dave Millner, Director of Consultancy Services at Kenexa, will explain the fundamentals needed to provide transformational HR and how business partners can add value instead of immersing themselves in operational challenges.
The event will also feature breakout sessions on employee surveys, leadership, recruitment and talent identification.
“Attendees will gain useful insights on how they can attract, motivate and engage employees, retain top performers, create a more inclusive workforce, establish an environment for success and achieve high performance,” said Rudy Karsan.
