David Taylor, Chief Executive Officer & Chairman
David is a seasoned senior executive with more than twenty-five years of experience in Enterprise Information Management software and hardware in both financial and industrial process markets. He has held executive positions with several leading edge, double-digit growth American start-up companies in Europe and has a broad background in international markets, M&A, sales, strategic marketing and emerging corporate governance issues including Sarbanes-Oxley.

Peter D. Heffernan, Chief Operating Officer
Peter leads the Executive search and Talent management practice and has extensive experience with high-growth technology companies involved in the software, internet and semiconductor industries. He has extensive experience in Human Resources at the C-level in large global firms as well as growing start-up companies such as Converge, Celarix, Watchfire and Intellution (acquired by GE Fanuc). He also has deep experience in executive recruiting and has helped revamp and grow organizations within North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

James W. Gough, Executive Vice President
Jim leads the Compensation practice and sits on the advisory Board of Directors as the Senior Compensation Advisor. He has held senior Human Resources management positions with Digital Equipment Corporation, Inforex, Inc., ITEK Corporation, and Honeywell and successfully established his own Human Resource consulting firm, which was acquired by Wm. Mercer Inc.
