A recent survey of 278 executives conducted by ExecuNet, a leader in executive-level job and networking opportunities, reveals executives are worried about age discrimination.
According to the survey:
72% of executives fear being victimized by age discrimination;
40% are worried they will be forced into retirement due to age;
36% fear becoming too old to find a new job; and
22% are concerned their skills are becoming outdated.
