ExecuNet and The Human Capital Institute form alliance

ExecuNet and The Human Capital Institute form alliance to provide thought leadership to corporate executives and recruiters

The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a not-for-profit think-tank and educator in talent acquisition, development and management strategies, and ExecuNet, the executive job search and recruiting network, have formed a strategic alliance to offer their respective membership communities the benefits of extended information, education, resources, and networking opportunities.

Through the alliance, ExecuNet members will have membership access to HCIís Learning Tracks, Executive Briefings, Webcasts, Executive Workshops, Research Library, Talent Directories, and Local Networking services. HCI members will have access to a range of beneficial career services currently offered to ExecuNetís RecruitSmart and CareerSmart members, including exclusive sourcing and networking opportunities, proprietary research, and a variety of resources supporting business development and career management.

ìThis partnership provides valuable career and talent development resources to both organizations,î says Allan Schweyer, Executive Director of the Human Capital Institute. ìExecutive talent management is critical to success in the knowledge economy. ExecuNet will contribute to our research and education programs and extend our knowledge networks in executive acquisition and career transition.î

ExecuNet will sponsor HCIís Career Transitions and Executive Acquisition Strategies Learning Tracks, in which HCI and ExecuNet experts will moderate a thought leadership panel, produce position papers, and offer web and local training to help employers identify, select, and develop their human capital assets.

ìThe Human Capital Instituteís expertise will enrich the flow of information and insight we provide to our members who are leading their organizations and industries,î says Dave Opton, CEO and Founder of ExecuNet. ìThis shared knowledge will help executives, recruiters, and corporations keep pace with changes in the executive marketplace.î
