eQuest today announced it has combined its Interactive Media Group and Big Data Divisions; a move that will enable the company to provide integrated services for planning and implementing Internet job posting strategies.
The merger of the two divisions will enable a closer collaboration of statisticians, data analysts, and interactive consultants at eQuest. The unification of the two divisions reflects eQuest’s intent on using unbiased job performance data collection to maximize the effectiveness of recruitment advertising on the web – including job boards, social media, the major search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing, as well as unique niche career sites.
“Combining our two groups further enhances our ability to meet the goals of our customers in a stronger, more effective manner,” said David Bernstein, vice president of eQuest’s Big Data Division. “It will maximize the success we bring to companies implementing and executing strategic talent acquisition programs.”
The Interactive Media Division provides job board consulting and contract negotiating for many Fortune 500 companies. eQuest manages all aspects of its clients’ interactive sourcing and recruiting efforts, including strategy development, contract negotiations, media buying, job distribution and performance metrics.
eQuest’s Big Data Division presently holds more than 1.1 billion job board performance records—more than anyone in the HR delivery market—and collects one million pieces of data from around the world each day. The division studies the performance and effectiveness of job postings on job boards and social media sites. This critical data gathered by eQuest enables organizations to make better-informed decisions about their recruiting and hiring decisions.
