Burnhamís background prior to HCC includes serving more than 20 years as Employment Counsel and VP of Human Resources Management for Carnation/Nestle U.S.A.. Subsequently he was of counsel to the Orange County office of Fisher & Phillips LLP, a prominent, national employment law firm, and Executive VP and Employment Counsel to Abbott Resource Group, Inc. a large Southern California contingent staffing provider. Hollis has over 23 years of diverse experience in corporate HR management, consulting, organizational development, employee benefits, and risk management, including Director of Human Resources for two spin-off law firms departing from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and Buchanan Ingersoll, et. al, respectively. She also served as Vice President Environmental Compliance/Risk Management of two California professional services firms.
