Key trends to emerge from this yearís report include a rebound in fortunes at the leading recruitment agencies and ongoing disappointment at the failure of corporate careers pages to live up to their potential in terms of generating shortlist candidate applications.
The 1000 candidates also voted for their preferred agencies to work with when looking for a career move in the management consultancy sector. Congratulations in particular to BLT who win the coveted 1st place for the 4th straight year in a row.
