e-validator, announces the release of a new version

ev-Screen

UK based recruitment automation vendor, e-validator, announces the release of a new version of their assessment system designed by recruiters for recruiters. The system, ev-Screen, is a new departure for screening and assessment systems as it is charged on a per vacancy basis rather than per assessment. When asked for the reason for this change David Harrington, e-validatorís CEO commented:

ìIn the current market where there is an over supply of candidates for any positions advertised the challenge for recruiters is to cost effectively identify the strongest technical candidates as quickly as possible. The only way to do this effectively is to pre-screen all candidates at the point of application. To make this cost effective we needed to address our pricing policy in order to be able to offer customers a fixed cost for each role screenedî

Clients now purchase the ability to screen all applicants for a technical role for a defined period of time, for example 7 days, for a fixed cost.

ìRecruitment agency customers who have been piloting the system have found that the system not only improves the accuracy of their screening processes but has a direct effect on their candidate interview to placement ratios. In most cases costs were also reduced as consultants were freed up to carry out sales prospecting activities rather than screening applicants.î said Harrington

For a limited period of time the system is available to recruitment customers for a free or charge 7 day trial. Contact e-validator on 01536 512 111
