She arrives as the company begins a sustained recruitment drive and seeks to further strengthen their people strategy to support the companyís continued expansion and growth.

Prior to joining dunnhumby, Sutcliffe was Head of Global Learning and Development at Mercer Human Resource Consulting which involved creating and implementing a learning strategy that provided a compelling employee attraction (and retention) proposition and which enabled business success. Prior to this role, she undertook generalist HR leadership roles for Mercer business units across the UK, Europe Asia and Australia.
Before this, Sutcliffe worked in a number of human resource capacities throughout Europe and the Middle East with American Express ñ working in the travel, card, insurance and banking operations. Her early career in human resources was in the hotel and leisure sector.
