DTZ finds job candidates through Monster recruitment services

Monster UK helps DTZ, the global real estate adviser to source support staff

DTZ, the global real estate advisor, is using Monster.co.uk to source support staff.

DTZ chose Monster UK as it could provide bespoke services as well as raise the DTZ brand to potential applicants that may not otherwise be aware of the company. They had previously used external recruitment agencies with limited results and decided to investigate online recruitment services as an alternative option.

David Williams, group recruitment manager at DTZ, comments: We are always looking to expand the company with talented individuals at all levels. While this initial 12 month contract with Monster covers support staff, we are hoping to build a long lasting relationship for the future which will help to establish Monster as THE online recruitment vehicle for the property industry and eventually enable surveyors and property professionals to use new methods when looking for another job.

The online service displays DTZ job postings on the Monster.co.uk website, provides a C.V. database that DTZ are able to manage through back office processes, enables the company to post a vacancy within one hour and online banners on the Monster website continue to raise the companyís awareness to potential candidates.
