Deploy 6 Enterprise Talent Suite Extends Hiring and Retaining Solutions

Deploy Solutions, a software and services provider of recruiting, hiring, and retention solutions for market-leading corporations, announced today the launch of a new version of its recruiting, hiring and retention offering, the Deploy 6 Enterprise Talent Suite (TM). The new suite delivers a greater competitive advantage to customers with capabilities such as seamless onboarding and advanced job board posting, and further extends Deployís recognition among industry analysts as the leading provider of solutions for hiring and retention of all employee types.



The suiteís new onboarding component automates some of the most time-consuming tasks associated with hiring new employees and manages the process of integrating their data into the companyís system of record. It reduces the costs associated with integrating newly-hired employees, decreases the time to get a new hire on the payroll and productive, and increases the satisfaction of both the hiring manager and the new hire with the onboarding process.

Government regulations now allow for electronic signatures that help to automate federal record keeping, such as the completion and retention of I-9 forms. The system enables companies to take advantage of these regulations, translating them into tangible cost savings. Moreover, the system is sophisticated enough to account for variances such as hire dates that occur prior to start dates for permanent employees, or to signal the termination of an employee based on a pre-determined end date for a seasonal hire.

The advanced job board posting capability now provides access to the broadest network of job boards available in the market. This includes national, international, and industry-specific job posting, with support for over 1,000 job boards in over 200 countries and territories worldwide.

Moreover, Deploy offers a unique speed post capability, enabling users to post their positions more quickly than systems provided by Deployís competitors. In addition to these advanced job-posting capabilities, the solution also offers improved sourcing capabilities that allow recruiters to mine for passive candidates; conduct targeted sourcing for diversity and campus recruiting; and set up specialized job seeker sites that seamlessly integrate with other components of the suite.

Based on direct input from Deployís market-leading customers, the Deploy 6 suite now includes user-interface enhancements to improve management selection decisions and to provide greater ease of use to candidates. A redesigned applicant detail report provides the hiring manager with a complete snapshot of the information needed to make hiring decisions on each candidate. This intuitive user interface, designed with input from customers, provides a graphical summary of assessment results and organizes key candidate information into easy-to-use tabs. The candidate user interface has also been totally redesigned, including both a new look and feel as well as additional capabilities such as advanced location searching.
