de Poel to launch e-tipsô V2

2007 will mark the launch of the next generation of de Poelís e-tipsô application, a ground-breaking timesheet and invoice processing system.

e-tipsô is a web based system which dramatically reduces the cost of processing timesheets and invoices by presenting clients with a single 100% accurate consolidated invoice, in addition to instant access to real time management information.

The system has been operational for over 3 years, processing over 25 million hours and consolidating over 200m of agency spend per annum for de Poelís clients.

Since its development the system has benefited from significant investment and undergone continuous improvement. e-tipsô is currently being utilised by 3,696 agency branches and holds details of 25,848 candidates.

Following widespread consultation with existing e-tipsô users to establish their requirements, the new version will be developed and built using state of the art database and programming techniques. Not only will the system be faster, simpler and completely scaleable, but it will also incorporate multi-level client and agency models in order to meet the needs of both current and future customers and agencies, in addition to being fully compatible with all other de Poel applications.

In order to meet customer requirements, e-tipsô V2 will provide dramatically increased functionality with greatly improved speed and performance of application. The new system will also include options for ordering and fulfilment which will enable users to procure temporary staff and track the entire selection process online. The additional features will enable de Poel to broaden their existing client base and penetrate new market sectors.

The change over to the new system will be carried out in various stages for existing clients, whilst a selected user group will have early access in order to carry out beta testing. de Poel expect to launch e-tipsô V2 in the first quarter of 2007.
