Davenport Lyons acted on behalf of Hexagon Staffing Solutions Limited trading as Interaction Recruitment (collectively referred to as ìThe Interaction Groupî) on their purchase from Kelly Services of 31 commercial staffing branches in England.

The Interaction Group was founded in 1986 and currently operates nine branches in the Northern Home Counties region. They specialise in providing office support and industrial staff on a temporary and permanent basis. The company also provides labour recruitment services in the driving, legal, technical, financial, human resources and technology sectors.
