City and Islington College has gone live with iTrent across its five main centres in London. The Beacon-awarded institution benefits from a fully integrated talent management, workforce planning, HR and payroll solution to streamline its processes and increase efficiency. The college has better access to information and has reduced its administrative costs and paper consumption.
“As part of our long-term strategic plan, we’re aiming to achieve excellence, innovation, growth and efficiency,” said Michelle Ellison, HR manager, City and Islington College. We selected iTrent to dovetail with our objectives by enhancing operational systems and reducing running costs. With iTrent, our employees now have easier access to their own data, such as holiday requests and training updates and managers can access up-to-date information in real time.”
“City and Islington College delivers outstanding education and continues to put learning at the heart of its business,” said Matthew Jenkins, managing director, MidlandHR. “Through our partnership, the organisation has been able to shift traditional HR resources into more strategic planning which has a positive impact on the institution. City and Islington can focus on what it does best while we meet its organisational and HR needs.”
City and Islington will look to make further time and efficiency savings with the roll out of iTrent Web Recruitment and Learning and Development later this year.
