Entitled ëEmployment Headachesí, the workshops form part of the CIPDís Law on Tour service. Addressing a range of difficult employment issues, the workshops will look at how employees should set, monitor and enforce standards. The touring workship provides the ìtoolkitî for personnel professionals facing the increasing complexity of employment law.
Attendees will receive clear explanations, guidance and toolkits on subjects including email and Internet abuse; harassment and discrimination; stress at work and the new rules on attendance, time off and data protection.
The workshops will begin at 9.30am and finish at 4.30pm. They will be led by expert trainers in employment law and will take place at the following locations:
