Charterhouse Group International launch Paydynamics a new payroll and back office service

Leading Provider Of Remuneration Solutions Offers Vital Support For Recruitment Companies

Isle of Man - Charterhouse Group International has launched PayDynamics, a new, bespoke service that provides payroll and back office services for the recruitment industry. It uses proprietary payroll and administration systems that are tailor-made to suit a company's needs.

'The flexibility and choice of PayDynamics makes this very sophisticated,' said Iain Messenger, group chief executive officer of Charterhouse Group International. 'Charterhouse is a specialist in the remuneration industry and our experience has taught us that each company has its own unique needs.

Companies can have a pick and mix approach to a very wide range of services offered by PayDynamics.'

Charterhouse has provided payroll and back office services for many years, but they are being re-launched under the PayDynamics brand to respond to the needs of the recruitment industry. PayDynamics provides a more flexible and varied service, with extra features, such as CV preparation, work entitlement checks and access to factoring.

The PayDynamics team draws on a wealth of experience and knowledge gained in other areas of Charterhouse's business including own company, umbrella company and self-employed payrolls plus PAYE.

Payroll and back office services can be complex and very time consuming for the recruitment industry, where staff members and possibly also temporary workers are on the payroll. PayDynamics eradicates the cost and management responsibilities of finding, funding and overseeing payroll and back office staff.

'Smaller recruitment companies wanting to grow their business but without the cost and worry of expanding into areas that aren't their speciality ñ such as payroll ñ will find PayDynamics particularly useful,' said Mr Messenger. 'As they expand, their use of PayDynamics can expand with them.'

Another key advantage is that companies do not have to worry about the latest changes in legislation, because PayDynamics will ensure they operate within the law.

'Legislation changes can have a devastating and very costly impact on companies,' said Mr Messenger. 'For example, the entitlement to work legislation, introduced by the UK government at the end of February, penalises employers who knowingly employ illegal staff. We make sure everybody is legally employed and paying National Insurance contributions.'

In addition to the monthly payroll, PayDynamics offers:

Emergency payment facility via CHAPs
Payment of tax and NI
Payment of other disbursements
Processing staff expenses
Attendance at HMRC visits

Other services offered by PayDynamics include:

CV preparation
Entitlement to work checks on new candidates
Storage facilities for important documents
Business start up advice and guidance on VAT registration
Company Secretarial services
Legal services relating to limited company contract reviews.

Now is a good time to re-launch the service as the recruitment industry gets busier in an economic downturn, said Mr Messenger.

'When the economy gets tough, companies turn to temporary workers, and recruitment gets very, very busy. People who have been laid off probably come back on a contract basis. It's an interesting time for recruitment, particularly for small start ups.

'Through PayDynamics we are happy to help recruitment companies to streamline this important area of their business. All the agency has to do is focus on serving their clients, that's what they are good at. Leave the back office to us.'
