The Foundation Award in Recruitment Practice:
The award is designed to provide a range of comprehensive skills relevant to all individuals working in the recruitment industry.
The four modules combine theory and practical tasks focusing on preparation, planning and reflecting to improve. This encourages an understanding and application of theory within your business environment and market place. Success requires organisation, self-focus and determination.
Each module addresses a different aspect of the industry. This includes: the recruitment process, the Employment Agencies Act, Health and Safety Legislation, attracting new candidates, building relationships, proactive candidate marketing and identifying needs and expectations.
