Business in the Community, in association with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) is holding a seminar to look at the latest research findings related to corporate responsibility in the workplace on the morning of Tuesday 7 June at the Barbican, London. The morning is being chaired by Anne Minto, Group Director, Human Resources, Centrica.

*Accenture, British American Tobacco and AstraZeneca being represented as case studies for a new CIPD publication looking at links between HR and CSR.
This should prove to be an exciting and informative seminar with opportunities to discuss and debate the latest issues for corporate responsibility and the workplace.
The morning will start at 08.30 with a breakfast session which will be a chance to discuss How far should employers invest in the health of employees?. This will be supported with the launch of new research BITC has undertaken with HR magazine among HR Directors, Finance Directors and CEOs. This evaluation looks at investment in and perceptions of health in the workplace and has been sponsored by vielife.
