Worswick will be responsible for driving Bullhornís worldwide revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships to increase Bullhorn's market leadership position and create new revenue streams.

Worswick joins Bullhorn with more than 13 years experience of team-building and leadership in high-growth, Internet and SaaS environments. He possesses a deep understanding of how to expand existing and new markets and achieve leverage through direct and channel sales initiatives. Prior to Bullhorn, Worswick was senior vice president, sales, at IntraLinks, Inc., a Software-as-a-Service provider of information exchange solutions. He ran the sales team in the United States and Canada which accounted for 70% of the companyís revenues. During his tenure the companyís revenues increased from $8 million to $150 million with an average compounded annual growth rate of 40%. Worswick also was a director of business development at Walker Digital, the company that founded Priceline.com. He began his career as a consultant and financial analyst at KPMG. Worswick is a graduate of Cornell University.
