With the creation of the new BrightHouse careers site, potential employees will be able to search for specific roles in certain regions and simply apply for a job using the standardised application form. They will also be able to get an insight into BrightHouse and learn more about the value, culture and benefits that the company offers.
In addition to being a recruitment site for prospective employees, the site is also a useful tool for the BrightHouse HR team to manage their recruitment process. The team will be able to advertise jobs on the site and receive job applications from specific regions. This will allow the team to build a database of potential employees that they can use when recruiting in that region.
