Boydenís interim business continues to grow due to the increased activity in merger and acquisitions, turnarounds, transitions and crisis management.
In addition, Boyden has acquired Execbank Ltd, a UK-based boutique interim management business set up by Patrique Habboo, and the firm has hired Tim Blackstone to further strengthen its interim management offering.
A recognised industry expert, Patrique Habboo has been a speaker at numerous seminars on interim management including London Business School, RAC Club, Grosvenor House Hotel and other impressive venues. Prior to setting up Execbank, he led the growth of Praxis Executives on Assignment from 1999-2006, spanning both the public and private sectors.
Tim Blackstone was until recently a director at Brooklands Executives and has been a respected force in the interim management business for several years. Following a successful international marketing career, Mr. Blackstone became both a buyer of interim management and an interim executive himself. He is now acknowledged as a top provider in the sector.
