Bond announces Adapt Workforce Management deal with Hamptons International

Bond International Software, announce a new contract with the UKís premier estate agency group, Hamptons International

Bond International Software, announce a new contract with the UKís premier estate agency group, Hamptons International.

Hamptons first contacted Bond to help streamline its recruitment process and ensure all procedures were running as efficiently and effectively as possible. Managing the high volume of applications that came through its business on a monthly basis was becoming a challenging task and a solution was required that would help ensure resources in this area were not being stretched.

Bond was originally contacted due to its strong track record in the applicant tracking software market and its leading position in the industry, providing Hamptons with reassurance in Bond as a company. The primary reason Bond has been awarded with the contract is due to the functionality of its applicant tracking software, together with the Companyís ability to configure the system to meet Hamptonsí specific needs.

Implementation of the configured version of the Adapt Workforce Management system will start in November 2006. Once in place the system will support Hamptonsí applicant tracking, vacancy management, job posting and overall recruitment processes.

Bondís Managing Director, Tim Richards, commented ìWe are delighted to be working with such a well-respected organisation such as Hamptons International. The Company has a reputation for offering a reliable, professional and innovative service, and the addition of Adapt Workforce Management will help to build on this and ensure all applicants, line managers and hiring stakeholders are using the most effective recruitment system available today.î

Hamptons has been established for 130 years and its main business areas are the sale and letting of UK and International residential property, and residential investment and development consultancy, but the company also offers a full range of other services including mortgage brokerage, property management and removal services. Hamptons International is wholly owned by Emaar Properties and has over 60 offices in the UK, as well as international offices, and employs nearly 1,000 staff.

Hamptons HR Director, Sandy Pollard, commented ìWe performed a lengthy review of the software vendors within the e-Recruitment market place and looked exhaustively at the solutions available within the market. Our reasons for choosing to work with Bond International were principally driven by its successful track record of implementing solutions for other global brands and the comprehensive functionality of its technology. The Companyís ability to draw out our requirements and configure the solution around our business was another key factor. We very much look forward to a long-standing partnership with Bond International.î
