The new release improves upon Authoriaís ground-breaking innovations in tracking and measuring Quality of Hire, by empowering hiring managers and recruiters to better define hiring requirements and by extending the hiring process to include participants who donít use a dedicated recruiting solution.
The new Authoria Recruiting is a core component of Authoria Talent Management, the industry-leading suite of integrated talent-management products for recruiting, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and benefit/policy communications.

Positive Impactô Email Forms ñ Leveraging the most popular application for business professionals, Email, Authoria Recruiting now makes it possible to perform key hiring tasks -- such as approval of draft requisitions, feedback from interviewers, and approval of job offers ñ securely within Email, yet capture the results within the recruiting application. This gives all participants in the process the flexibility to accomplish hiring tasks within their familiar Email environment, including Microsoft Outlook and BlackBerry.
Enhanced Job Model ñ Authoria Recruiting now gives hiring managers access to job descriptions that are much more detailed and up-to-date than those provided by an ERP system. These enhanced job descriptions include pre-screening questions that can be created by the employerís HR organization, or based on data from specialist providers. Hiring managers can then tailor the requirements to reflect the needs of a specific department or location. Since the hiring manager is not starting from scratch or cutting-and-pasting from an outdated description, he or she can more clearly specify the requirements for the job, which in turn improves the recruiterís likelihood of finding ìbest-fitî candidates.
Requisition Creation Wizard ñ To kick-start the hiring cycle, this new wizard provides hiring managers with a simple, three-step process for creating a requisition.
