Andrew Farr Associates joined Ernst & Young and UK sponsors, Coutts & Co, the Financial Times, London Stock Exchange, and fellow South Region supporter LDC in being the only recruitment consultancy to sponsor the UKs most prestigious business event - the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the year award programme.
Sponsorship is by invitation only, and national sponsors must agree to the suitability of any new backers. Their inclusion in the event caps off a fantastic first half of the year for the UKís fastest growing accountancy recruitment specialist, and cements their reputation in the market.
Celebrating its 8th UK anniversary, Entrepreneur Of The Year is now firmly established as the benchmark for world-class business leaders, acknowledging their contribution to the global economy and their extraordinary achievements. The national winners go forward to the global finals in Monte Carlo in June 2007.

Competing against 37 of the regionís top entrepreneurs, Mark Hales of Claimar Care Group was named Entrepreneur Of The Year in the Consumer Services category, and was presented his award by Andy Farr at a glittering ceremony held at Celtic Manor, Newport.
