3C Launches ADVISOR Software to Measure ROI in Training

.

3C, the learning and development consultancy has become the UKís sole distributor of an innovative training software tool ADVISOR, created by the Canadian company BNH Expert Software. The web-based software is the latest addition to 3Cís portfolio of training solutions related specifically to their Return on Investment in Training methodology.

ADVISOR enables organisations to maximise the return on investment from their training budget. This is achieved through comprehensive analysis of each training programme to ensure that it is delivering the anticipated results and that corporate goals are therefore being achieved.

Hedda Bird, Managing Director of 3C comments ñ ì3C is delighted to launch a software tool to support the ROI projects we are working on with our clients, who are more than ever reliant on skilled staff to deliver corporate objectives. Ineffective training, leads to inefficiency, loss of sales, poor customer service and inevitably a significant impact on the bottom line. ADVISOR provides the tools to ensure that such training is quickly weeded out and replaced by efficient Learning and Development programmes.î

ADVISOR covers the complete spectrum of Learning and Development, including Business Needs Analysis, Decision Support and Programme Planning. Starting with a Business Needs Analysis, ADVISOR helps identify the tasks as well as knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to achieve the organisational goals. This forms the baseline for identifying the right training activities and the areas that will generate the greatest impact.

The Decision Support module analyses performance deficiencies, detects the sources of the problem and identifies solutions that will deliver the right results.

The Programme Planning element determines the most economical blend of delivery options including instructor-led, print, synchronous and asynchronous eLearning options that will meet organisational needs as well as those of the students.

ADVISOR also compiles data from multiple users to determine how much money and resources are required to deliver the required level of skill and competence and where to allocate resources for greatest impact.

Hedda concludes ñ ìADVISOR is an important part of our overall delivery capability. 3C designs and delivers a wide range of training programmes including Management Development, Sales training and Customer Service training. We use innovative techniques such as Phone Delivered Training PDTô alongside traditional learning and communications activities. The underlying strategy of all of our programmes is to ensure cost-effective results for our clients. ADVISOR provides clients with the undoubted confidence that the training is not only delivering the right results but also is value for money.î
