Emma Payne, the former group head of Financial Times Recruitment Solutions (FTRS), has joined Changeboard as sales manager with a brief to help grow the specialist human resources job board.
Emma headed up the agency team at FTRS. She was instrumental in developing client relationships and the client base for both Exec Appointments & the print supplement. Emma is known for consistently providing creative, effective, and value-for-money solutions. Her experience and contacts in the senior appointments market with both agencies and corporate clients will prove invaluable to the continued success of Changeboard.
Emma has 11 years’ experience in recruitment and advertising. Prior to working at FTRS she worked for Reed Business Information, selling both display and recruitment advertising. Her time working at Hays as a consultant also developed her understanding of recruitment consultancies and their requirements.
