Laura Stoker, Executive Director of Global Training, AIRS
Laura Stoker began her recruiting career as a researcher for executive search firms working on international and domestic projects. She has also worked as a Recruiter for J.D. Edwards in Denver, Colorado and as a Technical Recruiter for EMDS in Brussels, Belgium. She has been using AIRS techniques since she attended one of our first training classes in 1997 and now enjoys teaching the same knowledge to a new generation of Internet Recruiters.
Claes Peyron, Global Head of Insight, Universum
Claes Peyron is the Global Head of Insight at the employer branding consultancy Universum and also heads up its Swedish operations. Claes is part of the management team of Universum and has a strong focus on client experience. He advices organizations on how to leverage their employer brands and secure current and future talent needs. In his role, Claes is regularly discussing employer branding and talent trends in seminars and conferences around the world and he is often quoted on talent topics by leading media. Prior to joining Universum, Claes was the Managing Director of the marketing strategy firm Marketing Clinic and before that he spent several years in executive positions in the IT and Media sector including 5 years with Modern Times Group, MTG. Claes holds an MSc in Business Administration.
