Gareth Jones, Community & social engagement strategist with expertise in HR, resourcing, marketing, technology

Gareth has over 23 years experience operating at senior executive level in HR, Business Development, Marketing, Technology and Recruitment. He is chief Inmate of BrubakerHR, www.brubakerhr.com a niche consultancy, which focuses on leveraging social insight for improved business performance.  He is also co founder of ConnectingHR, the rapidly growing, socially driven, HR community – www.connectinghr.org. Before founding Brubaker, Gareth was Head of Marketing and Technology at the Stopgap Group the largest Independent HR and Marketing recruitment firm in the UK.  At Stopgap he pioneered the use of social approaches in both candidate attraction and client development.  With additional responsibilities for business strategy, he has spent the last 2 years deconstructing the recruitment business model and challenging some of the industries most fundamental conventions. Scott’s background includes eight years with Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers as a trainer and consultant, five years as a freelance copywriter and a number of years as an advertising account executive with J Walter Thompson and Saatchi & Saatchi. As a National Proposals Consultant with Ernst & Young helping practice teams to win major tenders, Scott helped the UK firm to double its tender win-rate. Ciaran O'Sullivan, Sales Director, comScore, Inc.

Ciaran O’Sullivan is Sales Director at comScore Europe, where he is responsible for new business and is a specialist in Media, Video and Ad Metrix including the Ad Effectiveness suite. Ciaran started his journey in digital 12 years ago launching three online start ups before moving to agency side as a Digital Media Manager where he worked with household brands such as The Post Office, HBOS and Staples.  Now in his fourth year at comScore, Ciaran is a well known face across the agency, publisher, ad network and consultancy landscape.
