The White Paper covers a number of aspects of this subject beginning with a brief look of Recruitment Outsourcing from it's inception through to the current date. The paper goes on to examine the benefits of traditional Recruitment Outsourcing models in addition to their limitations in relation to SME companies.

The paper goes on to explore the case for SME's to outsource recruitment and looks at more suitable options than traditional models.
