NGA Human Resources has announced ResourceLink 16, the most recent version of its scalable HR & payroll platform for employers in the UK, Ireland and South Africa.

The new features in ResourceLink 16 further simplify highly public and private sector payroll processes. They also promote employee HR and benefits management self-service, reducing the administrative burden on HR teams whilst further developing a frictionless employee experience.

To maximise ongoing legislative compliance for clients, the updates to ResourceLink 16 include fixes to make it easy to integrate the Government’s tax and salary changes, scheduled for April. This year these include changes to National Insurance, State Pension, Scottish Income Tax, Living Wage, P11D reporting and the University Superannuation Scheme.

NGA ResourceLink 16 adds efficiency and flexibility to HR & payroll processes for any organisation with 500+ employees. It integrates all processes including pay run, back pay calculations, gross to net capability, retrospective processing rework and will work with multiple legislations and currencies. The recording, calculation and payment of expenses can also be easily and accurately administered, further reducing time and complexity for employees, managers and HR.

“ResourceLink 16 makes the incredibly complex world of HR and payroll management as simple as it can be. This update, for example, features significant revisions that will greatly simplify the process of managing the Government’s annual tax and salary revisions,” explained Martin Mann, Director of Development at NGA Human Resources.

“Not only does this save hours, it supports an open and honest HR and payroll culture, one that invites employees to take as much ownership of their employment lifecycle as they and the company would like, and one that meets all legislative requirements,” continued Martin Mann.

ResourceLink is used by hundreds of organisations in the UK to manage their HR and payroll processes.

The efficiencies introduced minimise the cost and maximise the competency of managing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through staff development to succession planning.

These processes are all administered and processed via a modern and familiar interface and powerful reporting engine.
