ISV Software has recognised Carnival UK at the recent London and South East Contact Centre Awards. The cruise specialists were presented with the award for the ‘Most Effective Recruitment Campaign’ at a gala dinner in London last month.
Candidate skills testing and e-learning supplier, ISV Software were sponsors and lead judges for the Most Effective Recruitment category. The finalists included Carnival UK, Essex based mailing solution specialists Neopost, and the London Borough of Harrow. Each had to present their award entry demonstrating their creative ideas, the range of media used, the positive impact the campaign had on the business and the improvement in the cost and calibre of recruits.
Amanda Davies of ISV announced Carnival UK as winners and provided feedback from the judging panel. She said, “Carnival UK’s Reservations Team clearly pinpointed the challenges they faced when it came to getting the right team, in the right roles and developing their skills. They introduced a wide variety of creative and clever recruitment methods which clearly worked. It felt like they are really breaking the mould of the traditional view on contact centres. The Carnival UK team are clearly passionate about people and personal development, every member of their team plays a key role in the business and in the recruitment process. It’s a great ethos to have.”
Overall, it was a hugely successful night for Carnival UK where they also picked up the region’s biggest award for Contact Centre of the Year (over 100 seats).
