Futurestep, a Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) company specialising in high-impact recruitment solutions, has announced the opening of its Human Resources Centre of Expertise (HR COE), designed to meet the growing client demand for HR talent.
The HR COE focuses on middle and senior level management and executive search assignments for HR professionals throughout the region, working to develop solutions which add value and credibility to clients.
Overseen by Richard Shea and Ettore Landini, both Managing Director, Search EMEA, the centre will be run by Futurestep’s Head of Human Resources Practice, EMEA, Ashley Mills. Ashley has spent over 15 years in the HR and Talent Acquisition industry working in the UK, France and Switzerland. Based at Futurestep’s Switzerland office, Ashley has focused on the HR professional function over the past three years for the firm, nine months of which were spent contributing to Futurestep’s parent company, Korn Ferry’s HR Centre of Expertise.
