The new database and website will substantially improve the communication systems and efficiency of Advance Search and Selection. All day to day recruitment and planning activity will be driven by the new database, which may be accessed remotely 24/7. All CVs will be created and communicated by the database, along with Interview diaries, notes and reminders.
