ADP and Monster.ca join forces to provide online recruitment solutions to Canadian Companies

solutions that help employers attract, select and hire talent more quickly and cost effectively.

Under the terms of the lead generation agreement, ADP will market Monster.ca's leading recruiting products and services as part of its spectrum of payroll, human resources and benefits solutions in order to generate
customer leads for Monster.ca's sales force. The alliance is expected to greatly enhance Monster's sales and marketing capabilities, and consequently give a greater number of Canadian companies access to the largest online
candidate pool in the country, thanks to ADP's significant sales reach across Canada.
