Leisurejobs are proud to announce the appointment of Dino Penge as their new Managing Director, effective from 14th September 2009. Former MD Marc Moreso, now Chief Executive Officer, recruited Dino to head up the business and build upon Leisurejobs' number one position as a combined job board and traditional recruitment business in the Health and Leisure industries. Meanwhile Tony Wild, one of the founding partners, moves into the new role of Business Development Director to oversee what is anticipated to be a period of hyper growth for the firm.

Dino graduated from Moorgate Business School in the City of London with a BA (Honours) in Business and Marketing. He began his recruitment career as a Headhunter in London, focusing on Sales & Trading Professionals within Investment Banks in major cities around the globe, including the City of London, New York and Hong Kong.

In 1999 Dino Co-Founded Blue Group International, a Recruitment Consultancy specialising in permanent and contract staffing to the Telecommunications, Construction and Healthcare sectors. Dino was instrumental in driving sales growth from this start up to over 19 million within a 2-year period from launch (1999 to 2001). By 2006, in its 7th year of trading, Blue Group had a turnover of 48m with 160 staff; Blue Group International was successfully sold for a total consideration of 16.6m in 2006.

Following the success of BGI, Dino was approached by O&G Investments in 2007 to launch a Financial Recruitment Consultancy in the position of Chief Executive Officer. Having successfully launched this new recruitment business from conception the business is currently located in the heart of the City, with plans to expand internationally with offices in Dubai, Singapore and New York. Dino will remain a shareholder and advisor in this firm whilst taking on his new task as Managing Director of Leisurejobs.
