Kenexa, a global provider of business solutions for human resources, today unveiled its new expression for communicating and delivering on its brand promise. The rebranding effort puts a new focus on its integrated offerings that combine employee science, technology, business process and consulting to positively impact business performance.

Kenexa's formula for business success, i X e = s, requires two elements: the individual and the environment. When you multiply the right individual by the right environment, success is inevitable.

The formula will be rolled out in the company's website, collateral and other materials. Kenexa has also unveiled a modern corporate logo that reinforces its new look and feel, and emphasises the 'X' in the formula. The new logo is reinforced by the tag line: 'HR Success Multiplied.'

The new rebranding effort also underscores Kenexa's broader mission statement of transforming the global workforce. "With the rebranding of our company, we want to clearly communicate that the goal of Kenexa is to help put people around the world in the right jobs, and to create work environments that maximise their potential. By doing so, they are more productive employees, as well as better parents, friends, partners and neighbours," said Rudy Karsan, CEO, Kenexa.
