Jobpartners, the European leader of software solutions dedicated to the PRM (People Relationship Management) market, today announced that it has joined Monster's HR Alliance Program. The Monster HR Alliance Program has been designed to help customers minimize the time required to post jobs, increase the number of qualified applicants, and more efficiently identify job candidates.

Jobpartners will now be able to offer an enhanced service to their many common customers across an integrated platform with Monster. The integration allows access to Monster's resume database allowing recruiters to search by a variety of parameters and upload the search results to Jobpartners' e-recruitment solution, ActiveRecruiter. The process saves HR and recruitment professionals from having to physically re-enter the profile data into ActiveRecruiter making the process more intuitive and user friendly.

Furthermore, candidates who have added their profile to Monster do not need to re-enter their profile on the career section of the websites of Monster customers who use ActiveRecruiter. This creates an easier and more intuitive application process for the candidate and enhances the customer's relationship with the candidate.
