In his role, Mark will be responsible for growing and managing a team of experienced business development professionals across various territories to expand the company’s brand, market share and overall recruitment advertising portfolio across major markets.

Mark brings over 15 years of direct sales, leadership and business development experience to, most of which has been spent helping organizations navigate through the rapidly evolving recruitment advertising industry. Prior to joining, Mark served as the Director of Business Development for one of the leading recruitment advertising and employer branding agencies, Bernard HODES Group. In his role, he provided comprehensive recruitment communications and staffing solutions, including recruitment marketing, sourcing management, hiring process re-engineering and staffing technologies to a diverse network of clients.

During his career, Mark also co-founded and served as the Chief Strategy Officer for Appendant Marketing Group, a recruitment advertising agency that created targeted advertising campaigns for some of the largest organizations in the country.
