Adam Templeman, Head of Resourcing, RWE npower

Adam joined RWE npower as Resourcing Manager in February 2011 taking overall responsibility for Resourcing within the business. He oversees the implementation of best practice approaches to strategic workforce planning, covering internal succession planning and external recruitment, succession and hiring processes and the positioning of RWE npower as an employer of choice, he is also takes over responsibility for the npower graduate scheme. Adam is in the process off rolling out a new resourcing model that will encompass both contingent and permanent recruitment. He is overseeing the upgrade of the companies Applicant Tracking System, Talent-link and has been responsible for the redesign of npowerjobs.com

Chiara Galli, Account Manager, comScore Europe

Chiara Galli joined comScore in 2008 and is part of the Account Management team, looking after key clients including major UK and Italian publishers, advertising networks and advertisers. She is also integral in developing new business opportunities in Italy. Chiara previously headed up the European Client Service Team, helping clients interpret the digital landscape and supporting them in choosing their best marketing strategies. David Henry, Marketing Director Monster UK and Ireland

In this role David is responsible for driving Monster’s marketing & communications strategy in the UK and Ireland, He has carried out a variety of roles prior to this at Monster including VP Media Europe and VP eCommerce Europe. David has worked in recruitment advertising and communication for over 17 years.  In 2000, David co-founded Jimfinder.com, an online job board for manufacturing and engineering jobs in the UK, serving as sales and marketing manager.
