AssessmentDay provide aptitude tests for recruitment and selection. Our area of expertise is helping candidates understand the testing process and helping individuals familiarise themselves with the type of aptitude tests they might be asked to take. We believe that aptitude assessments are most fair, and accurate, when there exists a level playing field between applicants. This means making sure that every candidate knows what to expect and has experience of taking similar tests prior to sitting a test for selection. We help candidates prepare for all types of aptitude test including the common forms such as numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning and inductive reasoning. We also help candidates learn about and prepare for assessment centres by letting them experience practice exercises.
