RexOnline PLC has agreed to buy Strategies Ltd for 2.6 mln stg.Strategies is a business to business e-commerce solutions provider which was established in 1996 by Neil Colling, a director of RexOnline. Strategies focuses on producing web based applications for a variety of companies including RexOnline and other blue chip companies. RexOnline said Strategies offers a comprehensive service which begins with initial advice to the customer regarding the commercial benefits of having a website and then goes on to cover the design and layout of the site, the programme and database structure, the hosting of the website and the marketing of the site on the web. As a result of its work with RexOnline, Strategies has established a particular expertise in developing web-based recruitment software which enables RexOnline to offer fully integrated online recruitment services.
