Keith Potts, CEO, Talenetic

Keith is a co-founder of Evenbase/Jobsite, which, in 2013, entered into the top five digital recruitment companies in the world. He was CEO from 1999 to 2013 steering the company to global success through the building and acquisition of a portfolio of digital recruitment businesses attracting over forty five million unique users per month. Jobsite.co.uk, the flagship brand, was 16th in the Sunday Times Virgin FastTrack 100 of the UK’s fastest growing companies.

Keith has invested in and/or chaired a successful portfolio of companies, most recently the hugely successful digital business, Lenstore, which entered the Sunday Times Virgin FastTrack 100 as 10th fastest growing company in the UK. In 2013 Lenstore was acquired by Grand Vision, parent company of UK high street optician Vision Express.

Based in the UK, Keith is often a key speaker at recruitment events, investor events or appearing on television and is considered a visionary in the digital recruitment industry. Having studied Computer Science & Statistics at Brighton University, he graduated with honours and worked initially in defence software engineering, before commencing his hugely successful business career as CEO & co-founder of one of the UK’s first ISP’s in 1994.
