The online recruitment market continues to grow globally. There have been a number of attempts to disrupt the model by new entrants sporting either a different approach to technology or a new process behind recruiting staff.
Well-known brands have been making an impact in this space and provide competition in a way not experienced before for the job board, as both are often cited as partners.
Their long-term goal is to change the relationship to be the provider rather than the receiver of jobs. For job boards, the threat is that if you build your business around traffic from either of these companies your success is tied to the will of their strategy. This session considers this position.
