Leading graduate recruiter, Milkround have teamed up with AIESEC, the world’s largest youth-led organisation

Leading graduate recruiter, Milkround have teamed up with AIESEC, the world’s largest youth-led organisation.

Established over 60 years ago, AIESEC organises tens of thousands of international exchanges that allow young people to experience new cultures, and is managed completely by students and graduates. AIESEC’s mission is to develop responsible, global leaders “for peace and fulfilment of humankind's potential”.

The organisation’s mantra compliments Milkround’s commitment to building career confidence in students and graduates by providing students with the chance to gain hands on experience managing a large organisation, discovering and developing their leadership potential.

The partnership allows students to access Milkround’s expert knowledge and resources concerning graduate careers, as well as building their own personal development within the international platform of AIESEC.

Jenni Joplin, General Manager of Milkround commented “We are always looking for new ways to provide students and graduates with career confidence, and AIESEC perfectly supports this vision by providing real development opportunities in leadership and management across the globe. We are excited to work with an organisation that prides itself in helping students become ‘change agents for positive impact’ through international exchanges.”

Daniel Bell, President 2012-13, AIESEC UK stated "We're delighted to officially announce our new strategic partnership with Milkround. As Milkround strives to provide career confidence to students & recent graduates across the UK, it links quite well with AIESEC's mission to develop the leaders of tomorrow.
