When implementing a brand new Applicant Tracking System it is important to consider how the ATS will work with your careers site.
Traditionally, many ATS solutions have a poor experience when it comes to candidate journey. The “classic” ATS journey would be to start from a well-designed careers site that focuses on candidate experience and engagement through the employer proposition and then on clicking through to a job to apply, ending on a poorly designed template, often running on the ATS providers domain name with no easy route back to candidate centric content.
ATS solutions often fall short delivering on candidate experience. While they can be easy and cost effective to set up, they lack in branding, often have a URL not associated with the company, double vacancy details (when clicking from a job board or 3rd party CMS to the ATS pages) and have a confusing journey/navigation.

The same url is used on the careers site through to where it integrates with Eploy to ‘Find your job search’ and register/apply pages that importantly provides the seamless candidate experience through a replication of the careers site design.
