WWB is three

WWB, specialist financial recruitment company Welsby Wooding Bourne, is celebrating three years at the top of the financial recruitment scene

WWB, specialist financial recruitment company Welsby Wooding Bourne, is celebrating three years at the top of the financial recruitment scene in the northwest with the help of Manchester Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive Angie Robinson. Angie was on hand to kick off celebrations with a cake cutting ceremony on 16th August.

Although WWB has reached the grand old age of three, directors Simon Wooding, Mark Welsby and Andrew Bourne have racked up several more years experience between them - 40 to be exact.

Director and co-founder of WWB, Andrew Bourne said: ìIn the tough arena of recruitment, hitting three years old is quite an achievement and one well worth celebrating. As a consultancy we are still young enough to be hungry but certainly old enough to know our onions.î

Unusually for a recruitment consultancy, most senior consultants at WWB are into their mid-thirties and beyond. This mature, seasoned approach to recruitment is most apparent in the absence of the hard sell and is the reason for WWBís continued success in a hard fought market.

Over the past three years WWB has grown apace and now boasts a staff roster three times larger than when the company was formed.

WWB has over 80 years combined financial recruitment experience and offers a no nonsense solution to clients in the northwest. Clients include a number of household names such as KPMG, HBOS, Barclays, Astra Zeneca and the Co-operative Bank.
