Major new HR legislation that came into force on 30th June 2014, see the rights for flexible working hours change - once reserved solely for parents with children under the age of 17, it will now be available to the rest of the working public who request to work more flexibly.

A new specialised recruitment website has now been launched in the wake of the new HR legislation - providing a unique solution for skilled people wanting a flexible working pattern.
