Totaljobs.com has launched total insight, a new service designed to help businesses build a greater understanding of e-recruitment and incorporate the web into their overall
recruitment strategy.

Total insight guides recruiters through the online recruitment life cycle via educational seminars, interactive training sessions to help with implementation, and a personalised consultation service, all with the aim of
helping businesses fulfil their recruitment strategy in the most cost-effective way.

The first, educational phase of total insight consists of the widely acclaimed totaljobs.com seminar programme. This is followed by a new one-day interactive training session, helping recruiters to understand the practical
elements of e-recruitment. The session provides expert guidance in everything from building your own recruitment site to marketing it once it’s up and running.

The third phase of total insight is a strategic consulting service, aimed at high-level decision makers. The service helps company directors and small business owners to get the most out of their technology by restructuring
their recruitment processes. The consulting service also offers individual, bespoke recruitment packages.

Keith Robinson, web site director for totaljobs.com commented: Total insight is the logical next step in our mission to help employers make the most of the Internet. Our seminar programme has been hugely successful in
educating businesses, and the feedback we received was that firms are now aware of the benefits of online recruitment, and need to be guided through the implementation and strategic planning process. Total insight caters for
everyone involved in the hiring process, from company directors to line managers, and provides a much needed end-to-end solution to enable the UK to recruit in the most resourceful and cost-effective way.
