TMP Worldwide, supplier of human capital solutions, including Monster.com, has announced that TMP Worldwide Executive Search has recruited Alan Wilson to head the company's operations in Australia and New Zealand. Mr Wilson was founder and office managing partner of Heidrick & Struggles' Melbourne office.

Mr Wilson will be based in the Melbourne office of TMP Worldwide Executive Search. His expertise focuses on e-business, infrastructure and finance searches across Asia Pacific, and he has successfully completed assignments for positions located in Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, China, Thailand and India. Many of these have required international searches, with Mr Wilson co-ordinating the activities of a world-wide team of search consultants. He has provided services to clients including international insurance companies and banks, direct equity funds, venture capitalists and Internet companies.
